Had to replace my old system so i bought what i had and it does the job

I had a set of Uniden phones for over 10 years and they worked great. A couple of the handsets recently stopped working properly (tired? old age?) so I decided to get a new set of 4 phones. The phones are easy to set up if you read the instruction booklet. I am very satisfied with this phone and would highly recommend it to others.

My Uniden phone system is top-notch. It replaces a much-older Uniden system that we've had for years. We were so satisfied with it that we replaced it with another. We've had other systems over the years but Uniden is by far the best.

I HAD THE 1680 PHONE SET FOR MANY YEARS.THE SET WAS GETTING OLD AND SOME PHONES WERE STARTING TO NOT WORK, EVEN WITH NEW BATTERIES.I LIKE THE UNIDEN PHONES A TON!!!

I replaced older Unidens with new Unidens. They are working perfectly. They were very easy to set up.

I replaced a previous Uniden that I have had for approximately 15 years. There wasn't anything wrong with it but I needed more handsets.
The only thing that I don't care for is the volume of the ring on the base unit. Most phones used to just have a lever to move & you could move gradually adjust for any volume you wanted but this one I can't figure out how to turn down the ring on the base unit...it will flat out scare the heck out of you if it's quiet around the house.
It is also rather of difficult to program. You can tell that the engineers wrote the instructions.
I still like it more than any other cordless phone I used or looked at while shopping.
Highly recommended.

I have only had the 4 new phones for a month and one of the battery packs quit. I rotated it with the other battery’s but forsure its dead and won’t charge. Kind of surprised. I ordered new ones.

Could not get it to hook to our phone system, was very complicated. We returned it and purchased another brand. Our son even attempted to hook it up. For us should have been - 5stars.
